The point of arrival will be King Khaled International Airport, Riyadh. Participants who wish to be met at the airport should complete the application form at the conference website

Visa Application

There will be correspondence between the conference organizing committee and conference participants requiring visas to enter the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia of to attend the conference in order to take care of the arrangements of getting visas from the Kingdom's embassies located in the participants' places of residence
