Services and Facilities:

The Organizing Committee will provide the following needs for the publishers and visitors:

1. Securing entry visas to the publishers' representatives provided that their complete information is received at least two months before the beginning of the fair.

2. Clearance of shipments, packages and consignments for the publishers, but without any financial obligations claimed on the side of the IPA.

3. Providing the necessary tools for the publishers such as: participation cards, bills of sale, bags and the like.

4. Taking the publishers’ representatives on a sightseeing tour in the city of Riyadh.

5. Organization cultural events.

6. Issuing printed guides and CDs with all the contents of the Book Fair.

7. Issuing and distributing daily newsletter about the fair.

8. Providing special office for the information and broadcasting to serve the visitors.
