Exhibition and Sale:

1. Stalls' size are (9) square meters and up. Publishers are allowed to reserve more than one stall in adjacent areas.

2. Publishers should get their stalls and organize them at least two days prior to the opening of the fair.

3. Stalls are distributed according to the Fair’s Organizing Committee.

4. Participants are not allowed to change, redesign, hire or assign any of their stalls to others.

5. Publishers should offer the visitors at least 20% deduction specified on the shipment list.

6. The approved currency is the Saudi Riyal (1 Riyal=3.75 US$).

7. The Supervision and Coordination Committee will check the price lists specified by the publishers and the deductions’ rates.

8. Publishers’ representatives should be present during the daily working hours.

9. The working hours will be as follows:

 Day shifts: from 9 - 12 am -        

     Night shifts: from 4 - 10 pm -
