Introduction:

The Institute of Public Administration (IPA) intends to commemorate its 50th anniversary during Dhual-Qa`dah 13–17, 1430 A.H., corresponding to November 1–5, 2009. The celebration comprises a number of activities, including the organization of an international book fair for the administrative sciences and relevant fields of the IPA. The celebration will also witness the active participation of many distinguished publishers.

The IPA, thereby, is delighted, on this historical occasion, to invite the eminent publishers specializing in the relevant fields of the IPA to participate either officially or commercially in the activities of the book fair. Being one of the major events which is sponsored by His Majesty the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the IPA is concerned with organizing a highly distinctive book fair.
